Product Name: Multi-functional Acid Pickling Corrosion Inhibitor (Liquid)
Properties and Uses:
SGR0405W liquid multi-functional acid pickling corrosion inhibitor is a liquid corrosion inhibitor formulated by blending various solid monomers with specific functions in precise proportions. It achieves inhibition of metal corrosion through the synergistic effects of its components. SGR0405 can be widely used in chemical cleaning processes involving various inorganic acids (such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.) and organic acids (such as sulfamic acid, citric acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), etc.). It demonstrates excellent corrosion inhibition performance for metals including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloys.
Technical Specifications:

Active Content(active %) | ≥ 98 |
Usage Method:
SGR0405 is a liquid product used as a corrosion inhibitor for removing scale from various metal surfaces. The following points should be noted during use:
(1) Cleaning Solution Preparation: The typical usage concentration of corrosion inhibitor SGR0405 is 0.3% - 0.5%. First, add the measured amount of SGR0405 to the measured amount of water and stir evenly. Then, gradually add the measured amount of acid to the prepared liquid mentioned above, stirring to ensure the solution is mixed uniformly.
(2) Acid Pickling Precautions: The amount of acid used in the cleaning process must be determined based on the amount of fouling on the equipment surface. A smaller amount can be used initially and supplemented later if needed. The typical use concentration for inorganic acids (hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc.) is generally 3% - 10%, and should not exceed 20%. Use at room temperature is recommended. If the temperature exceeds 55°C, suitability should be determined experimentally. The typical use concentration for organic acids (sulfamic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, acetic acid, EDTA, etc.) is generally 3% - 20%, used at room temperature or heated to 60°C - 90°C. If the temperature or concentration is excessively high, suitability must be determined experimentally. For initial use, the optimal concentration and conditions can be determined through testing.
Packaging and Storage:
This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25 kg per drum. Packaging can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light at room temperature. Avoid sunlight and high temperatures. The shelf life is twelve months.
Safety Precautions:
This product is weakly alkaline and somewhat corrosive. Pay attention to labor protection during handling. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
