Properties and Uses: The EDTA High-Temperature Cleaning Corrosion Inhibitor is suitable for boiler EDTA high-temperature alkaline cleaning, within the temperature range of 120°C - 140°C. It provides effective corrosion inhibition for boiler steel, carbon steel, and other metals.
Usage and Dosage:
(1) The EDTA High-Temperature Corrosion Inhibitor SGR0406 consists of two parts: Main Corrosion Inhibitor A and Synergist B. During use, B can be first added to A, mixed uniformly, and then added to the cleaning solution. Alternatively, they can be added separately to the cleaning solution.
(2) Corrosion Inhibitor Dosage: The dosage of EDTA Corrosion Inhibitor SGR0406A is 0.3% - 0.5% of the cleaning solution. The specific amount should be determined based on field small-scale tests. The dosage of SGR0406B is 1/15th of the amount of SGR0406A used.
Packaging and Storage: This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25 kg per drum. Packaging can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light at room temperature. Avoid sunlight and high temperatures. The shelf life is twelve months.
Safety Precautions: This product is weakly alkaline and somewhat corrosive. Pay attention to labor protection during handling. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
