Properties and Uses: The EDTA Low-Temperature Cleaning Corrosion Inhibitor is suitable for boiler EDTA low-temperature acid cleaning, within the temperature range of 90°C - 95°C. It provides effective corrosion inhibition for boiler steel, carbon steel, and other metals.
Usage and Dosage:
First, add the measured amount of EDTA Low-Temperature Cleaning Corrosion Inhibitor SGR0408 to water and stir evenly. Then, gradually add the measured amount of acid to the prepared liquid mentioned above, stirring to ensure the solution is mixed uniformly.
Corrosion Inhibitor Dosage: The dosage of EDTA Corrosion Inhibitor SGR0408 is 0.3% - 0.5% of the cleaning solution. The specific amount should be determined based on field small-scale tests.
Packaging and Storage: This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25 kg per drum. Packaging can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light at room temperature. Avoid sunlight and high temperatures. The shelf life is twelve months.
Safety Precautions: This product is weakly alkaline and somewhat corrosive. Pay attention to labor protection during handling. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
