Performance Uses:
Reverse Osmosis Biocide ProtecMBC®1561W is a non-oxidizing biocide. As a broad-spectrum and highly effective biocide, it can rapidly penetrate the cell membrane of microorganisms and act on certain protein groups to abort normal cellular redox, thus causing cell death. At the same time, its branches can also selectively brominate or oxidize the special enzyme metabolites of microorganisms, which ultimately leads to the death of microorganisms.
Pharmaceutical characteristics:
(1) Non-oxidizing bactericide, rapid and effective bactericidal action;
(2) Bactericidal broad-spectrum: can kill common bacteria, fungi, yeast, algae and other microorganisms in the system;
(3) Good inhibition of biofilm stripping effect; (4) With all membranes.
(4) Compatible with all membranes;
(5) Rapid degradation, no impact on the environment.
(6) Safe operation: non-flammable and non-volatile.
Usage:
The reverse osmosis biocide ProtecMBC® 1561W can be used in the following 2 ways:
(1) Continuous addition. During the operation process through the metering pump continuously added to the feed water, the amount of 2.5-10ppm; if there is a reducing agent in the system, you need to add a higher concentration of biocide.
(2) Intermittent addition, about 1 week to add 1 time, each 30min-3h treatment, adding 100-300ppm. specific dosage according to the biological pollution. If biofilm contamination is identified in the system, add 300ppm continuously for 3h.
Packaging and Storage:
ProtecMBC®1561W is generally packaged in 25kg plastic drums or according to customer's specific requirements. Shelf life is one year when stored at room temperature and protected from light.
Safety Protection:
Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., and rinse with plenty of water after contact.
