Properties and Uses: This product is an environmentally friendly cleaner, developed specifically for maltene/asphaltene deposits in coking plants, and is a water-based heavy oil stain remover. It is primarily compounded from efficient surfactants, wetting agents, solubilizers, water, and other components. It removes surface oil stains through wetting, solubilization, and dispersion. It can be applied not only for oil stain treatment in coking systems but its diluted solution can also be used for oil removal in other fields. Since the medium of this product is water and it contains no organic solvents such as chlorinated hydrocarbons or toluene, it is safe and low-toxicity.
Usage Method: When using this product for chemical cleaning of oil deposits on equipment surfaces, if the deposit amount is large, physical methods can be used initially to remove most of the deposit, followed by treatment with a certain concentration of this product. The product usage concentration is 20%-100%, and the specific dosage should be determined based on the actual working conditions. It can be used at room temperature or heated. The cleaning time is generally within 24 hours. Soaking, spraying, wiping, and other methods can be used to remove oil stains from hard surfaces.
Packaging and Storage: Water-Based Coal Tar Cleaner SGR0221W can be packaged in 25L, 250L plastic barrels, or according to customer requirements. The shelf life is one year.
Safety Precautions: This product is alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during use; treat any contact according to procedures for alkaline chemicals. During storage, protect from direct sunlight, avoid high temperatures, keep away from open flames, maintain ventilation, and keep sealed.
