It can remove scale deposits such as calcium carbonate scale and rust from the surfaces of materials like carbon steel and copper, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency. Because SGR0216W Solid Descaling Agent contains special descaling agents, corrosion inhibitors, accelerators, masking agents, mist suppressants, surfactants, and other components, it offers outstanding advantages in cleaning practice, including high descaling efficiency, fast descaling speed, and safety during the chemical cleaning process.
Usage Method: The acid cleaning and descaling process using SGR0216W Solid Descaling Agent is relatively simple; refer to conventional acid cleaning procedures for the process flow. Select an appropriate descaling agent concentration based on the fouling condition on the equipment surface, generally 5%-10%. The maximum use temperature should not exceed 60°C. Use circulation cleaning. Measure the system pH at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 min). When the pH increases noticeably, replenish the solid descaling agent promptly until the scale is completely removed. Before cleaning, always perform a water leak test. This product is non-toxic; neutralize the cleaning waste liquid with alkali before discharging it into the wastewater treatment system.
Packaging and Storage: SGR0216W Solid Descaling Agent is a solid product, packaged in plastic-lined woven bags. Packaging can also be customized according to customer needs, typically 25Kg/bag. It should be prevented from mixing with strong oxidizing agents and strong alkaline substances. Protect from moisture and avoid long-term direct sunlight. The shelf life is twelve months at room temperature.
