Performance and Application: The Scale Inhibitor for Desulfurization Towers is an excellent scale inhibitor and dispersant suitable for desulfurization tower systems, preventing scaling on tower walls, vortex plates, sieve plates, and nozzles. It can inhibit system instability caused by scaling in the desulfurization tower and reduce economic losses due to shutdowns for maintenance. This product has strong adaptability to limestone desulfurization systems and is a high-performance scale inhibitor for limestone slurry in desulfurization towers. Additionally, it has broad applications in circulating cooling water with high sulfate content and high hardness. It can also be added to GGH (Gas-Gas Heater) descaling agents to enhance their descaling effect.
Usage Method: As the processes of limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization systems and the quality of limestone used vary among manufacturers, the method and dosage of the desulfurization additive should be determined based on specific conditions. Recommendation: During use, add it quantitatively at the inlet of the circulation pump according to the hourly makeup water volume. The general dosage is 150-250 ppm.
Packaging and Storage: This product is packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg/drum or as required by the customer. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
Safety Precautions: SGR1221 is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
