Performance and Application: The "Composite Synergist for Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization," also known as "Wet Composite Desulfurization Booster," is a product specifically developed for limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) processes used in power plants, steel mills, cement plants, etc., to remove sulfur dioxide (SO₂).
Usage Method:
(1) Add it once or in batches at the absorption sump opening. A specific plan can be proposed based on the actual situation of the power plant.
(2) The dosage can be determined through testing according to the actual operation of the desulfurization system. A desulfurization synergist application engineer will recommend the optimal dosage. Generally, the initial dosage is 500-600 g/m³ (based on the desulfurization slurry holding volume), with a daily maintenance dosage of 50-100 g/m³.
(3) The pH value of the circulating slurry in the wet composite desulfurization enhancer for the desulfurization tower should be controlled between 5.5 and 5.8 for better desulfurization effect, and the maximum pH should not exceed 6.0 as much as possible.
Packaging and Storage: The desulfurization synergist is typically sealed in plastic bags, 25 kg/bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from light at room temperature. Keep away from ignition sources and heat. Store separately from oxidizing agents, reducing agents, and alkaline substances. During transportation, ensure packaging is intact and loading is secure. Protect from rain, sun, and high temperatures during transit. The shelf life is twelve months.
Safety Precautions: The desulfurization synergist is a powder that is easily dispersed. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Wear a protective mask during manual addition to avoid respiratory tract injury from dust. If it contacts skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
