Product Description: By adding the Heavy Metal Remover, a chemical reaction occurs with heavy metals and arsenic in wastewater, generating substances insoluble in water. This allows for separation from water, turning wastewater into clear water. It generates a small amount of sludge with a high concentration of heavy metals, enabling recovery and smelting.
Application Fields: Can be used in industries such as mining, metal smelting and processing, chemical production, electroplating, electronics, dyeing, etc.
It has a good removal effect on heavy metal ions in wastewater, especially complexed heavy metal ions. For non-complexed or weakly complexed heavy metal ions, it can reduce heavy metals to below 0.1 mg/L. For strongly complexed heavy metal ions, it should be used in conjunction with a flocculant.
Usage Method: This product is used as a heavy metal remover in water and can be directly added to the sewage tank. There is no need to adjust the pH of the reaction system. After adding the Heavy Metal Remover, stir and react for 10-30 minutes. Depending on the specific treatment effect and raw water quality, it can be used in combination with a flocculant.
The dosage is generally 500-4000 mg/L, and should be determined based on specific jar tests.
Packaging: This product is packaged in plastic drums or tank trucks, determined according to customer needs. This product should be stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, away from ignition sources and high temperatures.
