Performance
This product is a brownish-black transparent liquid, mainly used for deep fluoride removal in industrial fluoride-containing wastewater. The total fluoride needs to be treated to below 1mg/L, and the use of lime or calcium chloride cannot meet the standards. It can be applied to the removal of fluoride in multiple industries such as coal chemical engineering, mine wastewater, circulating cooling water, electrolytic aluminum, electronics, electroplating, photovoltaic, and glass.
Usage method
Industrial low-fluoride wastewater enters the fluoride removal reaction tank, and the highly efficient fluoride removal agent SGR0628 is added at a rate of 1mg/L of fluoride ions per liter of water: The proportion of 0.2 grams of SGR0628 is used. The specific dosage is determined through a small-scale experimental test. Start the mixing and stirring for 10 minutes, then enter the pH adjustment tank, add liquid caustic soda, adjust the pH to around 6.5, and stir thoroughly for a period of time. Then enter the flocculation tank, add the flocculant PAM, stir for a period of time, and then enter the sedimentation tank for sedimentation The fluoride ions in the supernatant overflow can be discharged up to standard.
Packaging
This product is packed in plastic drums or tank trucks, as determined by the customer's requirements. This product should be stored in a dark, well-ventilated warehouse and kept away from fire sources and high temperatures.
