Recently, Scien Green Environment Co., Ltd. received a letter of commendation from the Project Department for the Phase IV Expansion of the China Coal Ezhou Power Plant (managed by Zhejiang Thermal Power). The letter highly praised the company for the successful completion of the chemical cleaning of Boiler #7, and expressed sincere gratitude to the project team for their professionalism and sense of responsibility in overcoming significant challenges.

The Phase IV 2×1000MW expansion project at the China Coal Ezhou Power Plant is a key initiative for the optimization and upgrading of the Eastern Hubei power grid; once completed, it will inject powerful energy momentum into the regional development of areas such as Wuhan New City and the Optics Valley Science and Innovation Corridor. As a critical prerequisite for the safe and stable operation of the generating unit, the chemical cleaning of Boiler #7 entails rigorous technical requirements and complex construction conditions. During the construction period, the project team encountered severe adverse weather—including rain, snow, and freezing temperatures—posing formidable challenges to equipment protection, process execution, and schedule adherence. Faced with these multiple trials, the Scien Green project team remained steadfast in their professional commitment, strictly adhering to the DL/T794-2024 *Guidelines for Chemical Cleaning of Boilers in Thermal Power Plants*. They leveraged scientific management and superb technical expertise to resolve construction difficulties. The team implemented a 24-hour shift system to dynamically monitor the concentration and temperature of the cleaning solution, as well as various ion concentrations; based on real-time data, they precisely adjusted process parameters to ensure a cleaning process free of damage or pollution. Simultaneously, they enhanced efficient collaboration with the power plant's construction and supervision entities, forging a unified, synergistic effort to tackle challenges, and applying a spirit of meticulous craftsmanship to control every detail of every process step. Upon the completion of construction—and following professional third-party inspection—key indicators such as the removal rate of internal oxide scale and deposits on the heating surfaces of Boiler #7, as well as the quality of the passivation film, far exceeded expected standards. The internal cleanliness of the boiler tubes fully met the unit's design requirements, laying a solid foundation not only for the subsequent integrated commissioning and long-term stable operation of the unit but also for saving valuable time and costs for the project, thereby earning unanimous recognition from all participating parties in the project. This commendation serves as an affirmation from our client, and—more importantly—as a driving force for the people of Scien Green as we continue to move forward. For years, Scien Green has steadfastly cultivated the field of industrial cleaning, leveraging its robust technical expertise and comprehensive service system to deliver professional cleaning services—characterized by high standards, high quality, and high efficiency—to the energy construction sector. Moving forward, Scien Green will continue to prioritize technological innovation as its core focus and utilize high-quality service as the vital link to deepen strategic partnerships with collaborators. By creating more benchmark projects in the realm of energy equipment cleaning, we aim to continuously contribute the "Scien Green Force" toward the high-quality development of my country's power industry and the realization of the nation's "Dual Carbon" goals.
