Recently, the 2026 Anhui Chemical Industry Association Member Conference—concurrently serving as the provincial exchange meeting on chemical industry development for the "15th Five-Year Plan" period—was grandly convened in Hefei. As a pivotal event in the chemical sector marking the inaugural year of the "15th Five-Year Plan," this conference centered on the core themes of high-end development, green transformation, and intelligent upgrading. It brought together government regulatory bodies, leading enterprises, and industry experts to collectively discuss industrial upgrading and jointly promote technological innovation. As a co-organizer, Scien Green was invited to participate, presenting two core technologies—electro chemical zero-discharge for circulating water and phosphorus-free scale inhibition for boilers—to offer innovative solutions for energy conservation, consumption reduction, pollution control, and carbon reduction within the chemical industry.

During the industrial technology exchange session, Professor Yin Shumei, the company's Senior Advisor, delivered a special report titled "Electro chemical Coupling Technology and Phosphorus-Free Boiler Water Scale Inhibition Technology: Empowering Chemical Enterprises to Conserve Energy and Reduce Consumption." Focusing on key pain points within the industry, she comprehensively showcased the company's technological innovations. Addressing common issues in circulating water systems—such as scaling, corrosion, excessive blow down volume, and low concentration ratios—she highlighted a new generation of electro chemical technology for near-zero discharge of circulating water. This technology eliminates the need for chemical additives; instead, utilizing the principles of electrolysis, it proactively "extracts" calcium and magnesium ions from the circulating water in solid form. This process allows the concentration ratio to be raised to over 10 times its original level while simultaneously achieving scale removal, scale inhibition, sterilization, and corrosion inhibition. By drastically reducing the volume of makeup water and blow down, it assists enterprises in achieving water conservation, emission reduction, cost savings, and efficiency improvements. Furthermore, Professor Yin provided a detailed explanation of the phosphorus-free boiler water scale inhibition technology. Addressing the drawbacks of traditional boiler treatment agents—including phosphorus-induced pollution, operational complexity, and high blow down rates—the company introduced SGR1907, a phosphorus-free scale inhibitor. Utilizing a "three-in-one" formulation to replace traditional agents, this product achieves the goals of being non-toxic, phosphorus-free, and biodegradable, thereby aligning perfectly with the green production requirements of the chemical industry and delivering outstanding economic and environmental benefits.

Participation in this conference provided the company with a valuable platform for technological exchange and industry networking. Drawing upon years of accumulated technical expertise and extensive practical engineering experience, Scien Green remains steadfastly focused on the innovation and practical application of green water treatment technologies. Moving forward, Xingrui will continue to deepen its R&D in green water treatment technologies and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with various industry stakeholders. Leveraging pragmatic technologies and professional services, the company aims to facilitate the high-end, green, and intelligent transformation of the chemical industry, thereby contributing to its high-quality development.
