On April 23-25, 2025, the China Industrial Cleaning Association organized the "2025 China Industrial Cleaning Association Special Committee and Industry Standardization Work Conference" in Shenyang, Liaoning. A total of 86 leaders, members, and representatives from the association's four special committees on cleaning engineering, cleaning agents, cleaning equipment, and standardization attended the conference. As the deputy director of the Association's Engineering Professional Committee, Pharmaceutical Professional Committee, and Equipment Professional Committee, Xingrui Company has appointed Zhou Liping, the director of the company's Operations and Development Center, to represent the company at the meeting.
The meeting approved a series of proposals for the adjustment of members of the Professional Committee of the China Industrial Cleaning Association; The 2024 work summary and 2025 work plan of the Association's Cleaning Engineering Special Committee, Cleaning Equipment Special Committee, Cleaning Chemicals Special Committee, and Association Standardization Working Committee have been reviewed and approved; The draft of the "Management Measures for the Pilot Work of Group Standards of China Industrial Cleaning Association" has been reviewed and approved; Reviewed and approved the group standard for "Rigid Skeleton Pipe Cleaning Device" for review; The meeting deployed the preparation of three standards: "Safety Specification for High Pressure Water Jet Mechanized Cleaning Operation of Tube Heat Exchanger Bundle", "Guidelines for Identification of Chemical Cleaning Hazards and Risk Control Measures", and "Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment Water based Cleaning Agent Ultrasonic Cleaning Agent"; The project proposal for two standards, "Heavy Oil Wastewater based Cleaning Agent" and "Oilfield Rod and Pipe Cleaning Operation Regulations", has been reviewed and approved. After the meeting, the Standardization Working Committee of the Association determined the focus of the next step of standard revision and promotion based on the collected opinions and suggestions, further enhancing the standardization work of the Association and the industry, and promoting the standardized development of the industry.
Xingrui Company takes "everything for the happiness of employees and customers" as its business philosophy, and has refined a standard and action plan for employee happiness and customer happiness from 0 to 100. The standard for customer happiness of 100 points is to make customers respect, which is specifically explained as: "We regulate and lead the development of the industry, and through our efforts, make customers feel the happiness brought by altruistic management, the power of adhering to the values of upward and good, and thus win the respect of customers. One of the main measures we take to implement this standard is to lead the development of the standard, at least once a year. In recent years, as the "vice chairman unit of China Cleaning Association" and "exemplary organization of standardization work of the Association", Xingrui has been actively involved in the preparation of standards. Up to now, Xingrui has participated in the preparation of 11 standards, and has issued and implemented 10 standards, including 1 national standard, "Terminology and Classification of Industrial Cleaning", 2 industrial standards, "Scale Acid Cleaning Agent", "Technical Specifications for Chemical Cleaning Pump Stations and Supporting Equipment", 8 group standards, "Rail Transit Vehicle External Surface Cleaning Agent", "Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor for Industrial Boiler Water Treatment", "Cost Composition of Industrial Cleaning Project", "Qualification Grade and Evaluation Requirements for Industrial Cleaning Enterprises", and "Quality Acceptance of Industrial Equipment Water Jet Cleaning" Specification, Quality Classification and "Leader" Evaluation Requirements - Scale Inhibitor for Reverse Osmosis Membrane Corrosion and Scale Inhibitors for Industrial Boiler Water Treatment, Technical Regulations for Electrochemical Treatment of Circulating Cooling Water Side Flow, and Guidelines for Identification of Chemical Cleaning Hazards and Risk Control Measures. In the future, Xingrui Company will continue to increase its efforts in standard setting, participate in more industry standardization activities, and make greater contributions to promoting the high-quality development of the industrial cleaning industry.
