Product Description: This silicone defoamer is formulated primarily from modified silicone oil, MQ resin, and silica, through emulsification and blending using the latest technology. Its characteristics include: fast defoaming speed, long-lasting foam suppression, high efficiency, low dosage, and it is non-toxic, non-corrosive, biologically inert with no adverse side effects. It disperses easily in water and is compatible with liquid products. It is resistant to demulsification and oil slicking at high temperatures (100-130°C), making it suitable for defoaming and foam inhibition in various industrial water systems.
Application: This product has broad applicability and can be used for defoaming and foam inhibition in numerous aqueous environments, such as:
(1) Suitable for defoaming in textile dyeing and printing processes and foam inhibition in textile sizing agents and other dyeing auxiliaries;
(2) Used in industries such as wastewater treatment, industrial circulating water, papermaking wastewater treatment, chemical cleaning, fertilizer anti-caking agents, and petrochemicals;
(3) Used in biological fermentation; can withstand high-temperature sterilization. Fed-batch usage offers lower costs;
(4) Used in petroleum extraction to eliminate harmful foam in drilling muds and oil well cements.
Usage Method: This product can be used directly or after dilution. Diluted product should not be stored for extended periods, as stratification or oil slicking may occur, affecting performance. For dilution methods intended for long-term storage, please consult our company.
Packaging: Available in 25 kg, 50 kg, 100 kg plastic drums, 200 kg plastic-lined iron drums, or negotiated packaging.
Storage: Store at suitable room temperature. Keep away from heat sources and do not expose to direct sunlight. Do not add acids, alkalis, salts, or other substances to the stored defoamer. Do not store for extended periods after dilution with water. The product will not stratify within 6 months of storage. If stratification occurs beyond this period, stir well before use; this does not affect performance.
