Product Introduction: This organosilicon defoamer is made of polyether modified organosilicon, silicone oil and special polyether as main raw materials, with various additives and inorganic particles added, emulsified and compounded using the latest technology. Features: fast defoaming speed, long anti-foaming time, high efficiency, low dosage, non-toxic, non-corrosive, biologically inert and without adverse side effects, suitable for defoaming and anti-foaming of various industrial water systems.
Application: This product has a wide range of applicability and can be used to eliminate and inhibit foam in many water-based environments. For example:
(1) Suitable for defoaming in textile printing and dyeing process and antifoaming in textile slurry and other printing and dyeing auxiliaries;
(2) Used in sewage treatment, industrial circulating water, papermaking wastewater treatment, chemical cleaning, fertilizer anti-caking agent, petrochemical and other industries;
(3) Used in biological fermentation, it can be sterilized at high temperature. The cost of using stream addition is lower.
(4) Used in oil extraction to eliminate harmful foam in drilling mud and cementing cement.
Directions:
This product can be used directly or after dilution. It should not be stored for a long time after dilution, otherwise it may cause stratification, oil drift and other problems that affect the use. If you need a dilution method for long-term storage, please consult our company.
Packaging: 25Kg, 50Kg, 100Kg plastic drum, 200Kg plastic-lined iron drum or other packaging options are available upon negotiation.
Storage: Suitable for storage at room temperature, do not place near heat sources, and do not expose to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to the stored defoamer, and do not store it for a long time after dilution with water. There will be no stratification within half a year of storage. If stratification occurs after this period, it can be stirred evenly before use, which will not affect the use effect.
