Product Introduction: This high-efficiency silicone defoamer is a defoamer made of modified polysiloxane as the main component, with food-grade emulsifiers, dispersants and self-developed additives, and is compounded using the latest technology. Features: fast defoaming speed, long anti-foaming time, high efficiency, low dosage, and non-toxic, non-corrosive, biologically inert and without adverse side effects. It is highly dispersible in water and can be well compatible with liquid products. It is not prone to demulsification or oil floating and is suitable for eliminating foam produced in printing and dyeing. Under the correct usage conditions and appropriate temperature, it will not cause defects such as "silicone oil spots" on the dyed fabric. The usage temperature can reach 100℃.
Application:
(1)This product is widely used for defoaming in black liquor from papermaking and various wastewater treatments, as well as in water systems such as chemical cleaning, textile, landfill leachate, printing and dyeing, rubber, and leather tanning
(2)Defoaming: When the foam in the system is formed, add it and stir it well to eliminate the foam immediately;
(3)Inhibition: Adding and stirring before the system forms foam can inhibit the formation of foam;
(4)Dosage: 0.5-1 thousandth, the specific dosage will be determined based on the test.
Usage: It can be directly added or sprayed into the sewage, or diluted 10-50 times according to the actual situation and added into the wastewater. The diluted defoamer should be used as soon as possible, otherwise it will affect the use effect.
Packaging: This product is packed in 25L or 200L plastic barrels.
Storage: This product should be stored in a cool and dry indoor environment and should not be placed in a high temperature or severe cold environment for a long time.
