1. Product Characteristics

- It contains high-molecular cross-linked resin, which can increase the adhesion of metal surfaces and enhance the bonding force with coatings.

- It has a low odor and excellent anti-corrosion performance.

- No rinsing is required after using SGR2390; the treated surface can be directly dried and coated.

- It is non-flammable and non-explosive, ensuring higher safety. It does not contain harmful substances such as phosphates and heavy metals.

2. Application Scope

It is suitable for coating and assembly industries such as household appliances, machinery, and automotive products. It can significantly improve the adhesion to coatings and enhance anti-corrosion performance.

3. Usage Method

- Before using SGR2390, ensure that the workpieces have been thoroughly cleaned and rinsed, with no rust or stain residues.

- Dilute SGR2390 (at a ratio of 1:15 - 1:20) and apply it via room-temperature immersion or spraying according to on-site process requirements to achieve the optimal surface treatment effect.

- Metal workpieces treated with SGR2390 should be dried and coated immediately; minimize the waiting time between processes as much as possible.

4. Engineer Recommendations

- Before using this product for the first time, clean and disinfect the tank thoroughly. It is recommended to use pure water to prepare the working solution, which can greatly extend the service life of the tank solution.

- During the use of SGR2390, the conductivity and pH value should be tested regularly. If the tank solution is severely contaminated, it is necessary to reconfigure the tank solution.

- The tank system should be equipped with an effective impurity separation system to maintain the purity and cleanliness of the working solution.

- Mixing with other product grades is strictly prohibited to preserve its excellent properties.

5. Packaging & Storage

- Store in a sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect from direct sunlight, rain, and the ingress of impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.

- Use appropriate handling tools during transportation to prevent packaging damage.

- Cover with a tarpaulin during transportation to avoid direct sunlight.

- Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.
