Properties and Uses:
SGR0205W is a highly efficient cleaning agent for barium/strontium sulfate scale, formulated with special high-efficiency chelating agents, dispersants, and other components. It can effectively remove sulfate scales such as calcium sulfate scale, barium sulfate scale, and strontium sulfate scale from pipelines in oilfield production, water injection and drainage systems, gathering and transportation pipelines, as well as from various heat exchangers like MVR units, restoring normal system operation.
Usage Method:
(1) The usage concentration of cleaning agent SGR0205W is 20%-50%. The specific concentration should be determined based on the actual scale; generally, a dosage of 20% is recommended for customers.
(2) The optimal cleaning temperature is 90°C.
(3) It can be applied using either soaking or circulation methods.
(4) The cleaning time is 12-48 hours, which can be adjusted based on the dissolution progress.
Packaging and Storage:
SGR0205W is packaged in 25kg plastic barrels, or according to customer requirements. It should be prevented from mixing with strong acidic substances. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
Safety Precautions:
Pay attention to labor protection during operation. This product is strongly alkaline. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Dispose of cleaning solution waste appropriately.
