Professional training fortifies the foundation for development; cultural learning enriches the spiritual core. From February 25 to 26, the company organized a special study session for all employees focused on reading *Qunshu Zhiyao* (Essentials of Governance from Various Classics). Through a series of high-quality video lectures by Professor Liu Yuli, employees delved deeply into the wisdom of self-cultivation and family management found within excellent traditional Chinese culture. The curriculum was structured around four core modules"The Gateway to Happiness," "The Foundation of Self-Cultivation," "The Joy of Family Harmony," and "The Path of Wisdom"and was characterized by its progressive structure and wealth of practical insights, offering every employee a profound cultural enrichment experience. The course not only guided participants in grasping the core essence of *Qunshu Zhiyao* but also elucidated a mindset conducive to happinessspecifically, the principles that "one's environment shifts with one's mindset" and that "when one encounters setbacks in action, one must look inward for the cause." Furthermore, it conveyed the path of self-cultivationemphasizing the curbing of greed, self-discipline, humility, and prudent speech; interpreted the wisdom of family managementcentering on spousal harmony and the teaching of filial piety to children; and shared the principles of personal growthadvocating the accumulation of good deeds, a love for learning, and respect for teachers and the Way. Through this experience, everyone came to deeply realize that true happiness stems from inner cultivation; that genuine strength lies in the ability to master oneself; that a stable career is inseparable from the support of one's family; and that only through the accumulation of virtue, a commitment to goodness, diligent study, and respect for mentors can one achieve steady, long-term success.
