As the Golden Horse ushers in the spring, we gallop forward to embark on a new journey. To mark the resumption of work after the New Year holidays—and with the aim of enriching employees' cultural lives, enhancing team cohesion and unity, and inspiring the entire staff to dedicate themselves to the year ahead with renewed passion and high spirits—Scien Green’s 6th Annual Employee Fun Sports Meet kicked off with great fanfare on the afternoon of February 27. Over 100 employees enthusiastically participated, using their laughter and joy to dispel the lingering chill of early spring, and channeling their competitive zeal to sound the opening notes of a year of dedicated effort.
The event featured two major competitive categories: individual and team-based. The individual events utilized a points-based system with no limits on the number of participants; the team events involved a lottery-based selection process to form four distinct squads—the "Integrity Team," "Health Team," "Altruism Team," and "Happiness Team." These team names were carefully chosen to deeply align with the company's core values, striking a perfect balance between competitive spirit and pure fun.
On the field of play, participating employees showcased their unique talents and vied spiritedly for the lead. Six individual events—including "New Year Toss-and-Win," "Instant Success" (a beanbag toss game), "Catching Good Luck," and "Auspicious Jump Rope"—tested the contestants' skills and concentration. Employees moved energetically between stations to complete their challenges, competing with full effort while embracing the lighthearted and joyful atmosphere. Meanwhile, three team-based events—"Coordinated Collaboration," "United We Advance," and "Tug-of-War"—served as rigorous tests of team chemistry and cooperative ability. With minds united and strength pooled together, team members demonstrated exceptional cohesion; whether in the interlocking relay challenges or the evenly matched tug-of-war battles, their unity shone through. The sidelines rang with continuous cheers and shouts of encouragement, creating an extraordinarily vibrant and spirited atmosphere throughout the venue.
After an afternoon of spirited competition and joyful contests, the winners across all categories were announced. Generous prizes were awarded to the victors, while every participant received an exclusive commemorative gift. This fun sports meet not only allowed employees to relieve stress and get some physical exercise through athletic activities, but also fostered closer bonds and strengthened team cohesion through interactive collaboration.
