Standardizing Culture, Driving Development Through Culture – Scien Green Management Cadres Participate in the "Culture Rooted in Standards" Special Training
To further promote corporate culture building, ensure employee and customer happiness, and build a thriving company through practical implementation, from December 11th to 12th, Scien Green Company organized some of its management cadres to participate in the "Culture Rooted in Standards" special training. Previously, the company had already organized some management cadres to participate in the first phase of this training.

This training was conducted by a teacher who previously served as a core executive at Pang Donglai. The teacher, with many years of experience in corporate culture building and standardization implementation, broke away from traditional theoretical instruction methods and adopted a "theory and practice combined" approach, revealing the underlying logic behind process standards. The course deeply interpreted the core logic of corporate culture and standardized management, and combined with practical cases from Pang Donglai, specifically analyzed the key paths for cultural implementation. The teacher focused on three key implementation tools: the "standard closed-loop formula," the "high-frequency problem table," and the "bullet train meeting," elaborating on how to develop standards through a bottom-up co-creation model, integrating the wisdom of frontline employees into the process system; how to achieve precise improvements through the analysis of high-frequency problems, allowing standards to be continuously iterated and optimized; and how to build consensus through bullet train meetings, allowing standards to truly become internalized as the conscious behavior of employees. The teacher emphasized that corporate culture is not just a slogan on the wall, but a guide for action hidden in every work standard. Only by transforming cultural concepts into specific, measurable, and verifiable standard processes can culture truly be rooted in standards, allowing employees to rejoice in their achievements and customers to be satisfied with standardization.
During the training, Scien Green management cadres fully dedicated themselves to learning, not only mastering practical tools for cultural implementation but also clarifying their responsibilities in standard setting and cultural inheritance. They actively considered measures and future plans for implementing cultural standards, bringing back not only "templates" but also "methodologies," and the ability to "plant culture into standards."
